Optomate Re-sellers

Phil Arnold, who has worked as a Monkey Software re-seller for 14 years has now moved into a new position.

His new role, as "Business Development Manager - Optomate and Business Systems", will see him working from the new General Optical offices in Rosebery, Sydney.

We believe the timing is perfect to have Phil move from re-sale/installation/support role to a Management role, considering Monkey Software's high market penetration and as GenOp embark on the implemention of a new Integrated Supply Chain (ISC).

The new ISC will be fully supported in Optomate Premier Series Release 20.0 currently in Beta test. The new "Optomate Online" component, will enable you to seamlessly download suppliers frame and sunglass digital catalogues and will support a new electronic ordering facility for the GenOp laboratory. 

Phil's role will have him supporting mutual GenOp/Monkey Software accounts to help improve and streamline their business processes and systems in order to maximise business efficiency. He will also continue to provide some Monkey Software installation and training work where required. 

Jodi Johnson from Perth has also finished up in her role as re-seller and is now working as a Practice Manager for one of our customers in Perth.
